Waited for a couple of minutes before being served, and the person behind the counter ignored the two people queuing. They had no hot chocolate, got the coffee order wrong, didn't give me a lid for the coffee, and when I asked for a stirrer they gave me a filthy spoon that was sticky to the touch.

The customer service here used to be outstanding. Now, it?s appalling. Staff have an inability to say ?please? or ?thank you? and are offhand or distracted chatting among themselves. Instead, they have learned to call customers ?mate? and deliver service more appropriate to a transport caff.
200° Degrees managers need to get a grip of this once-excellent coffee shop before it?s too late.

I absolutely love it here, the staff are friendly and attentive and you can see just how hard they work. I went in when they were obviously understaffed but a sian went above and beyond to make sure everyone was working as a team to give all customers a great experience.
I only had a tea the last time i was in but the pistachio blondie was to die for! Thanks as always ??

Visited the store today, and it was a pleasure to be served by Matt and Sian. So friendly, welcoming and lovely to chat to. They are a credit to the store and should be commended. The coffee is a 10/10, absolutely delicious and never fails. Beautiful coffee.

Visited this morning and wanted to try something different off the specials menu , noticed a drink with amaretto which I mistook for a coffee based drink. Was surprised when I was served it. The guy ?Matt? bought me over my croissant and asked how I liked the drink. I told him I thought it was different and he offered to make me another drink of my choice. Matt was very charming and polite. I will definitely visit again.

I popped in today to buy some beans for my partner and had an oat vanilla iced latte and a chicken avocado sandwich. Honestly couldn?t fault the service and the quality of the food! The sandwich was fresh and the bread was so soft. I?m not the biggest fan of decaf coffee but I love the decaf here because it tastes so smooth and sweet. The staff as well went out of their way to help me, I came in with my baby and they got me a high chair to my table and brought my food/drink over. They even offered to grind my beans for me. Shout out to Sian and Kyla (I hope that?s their names) two lovely ladies, one with curly hair and the other blond straight hair. 10/10 service ?

Dirty tables, slow service, under staffed and serving in take away cardboard cups when having inside and not even providing any cutlery/napkins/sugar. Stay away, not coming back here.

Awful. Waited for 30 mins for 2 drinks and a teacake. Wrong drinks were brought and the teacake was rock hard as if been reheated. Correct drinks were then brought. They replaced teacake and when that came was all burnt. Just gave up in the end. Will not return unfortunately.

Ridiculously slow at serving, waited 15mins for a takeaway. We always try to support independent, and regularly visit, but slow service is a consistent theme here. Unfortunately we'll be using Starbucks from now on.

One size coffee only basically which is a small coffee which wasn't told to me at the till when ordering
£4.50 for a small vanilla latte & accept card only.
Remember folks cash is king.
Rip off.

Not bad food at the venue but drinks where nice was card only which can throw people off but lot cheaper than the likes of Starbucks and Costa Coffee and atmosphere is nice and relaxed but not much seating inside
