Waited for a couple of minutes before being served, and the person behind the counter ignored the two people queuing. They had no hot chocolate, got the coffee order wrong, didn't give me a lid for the coffee, and when I asked for a stirrer they gave me a filthy spoon that was sticky to the touch.

The customer service here used to be outstanding. Now, it’s appalling. Staff have an inability to say “please” or “thank you” and are offhand or distracted chatting among themselves. Instead, they have learned to call customers “mate” and deliver service more appropriate to a transport caff.

I absolutely love it here, the staff are friendly and attentive and you can see just how hard they work. I went in when they were obviously understaffed but a sian went above and beyond to make sure everyone was working as a team to give all customers a great experience.

We roast our coffee at around 200 degrees Centigrade giving it a smooth taste, less bitterness and a very simple name for the company.
