zero stars you deserve Vodafone = telling lies over the phone from India and one star cause is minimum for wasting my time (one hour in the store) and money with staff that needs more training asking each other * how to do things ... *** .... i have today now 16 days waiting time and still no refund after I've decided to cancel my order since you only have 4g and 3 bars signal in my area and no internet speed omg in 2023 ??? ... based on my experience with my Vodafone tablet and the first 5g simcard .... one second to charge the upfront and same day to setup direct debit etc /// where is my refund VODAFONE ??? some lady from India over the phone ** no worries --- in 3 days you will have the refund ** ...and yesterday another dude saying ** after 14 days ... you get the money back blablabla ( lies over lies and time wasted in the end ) --- overall 16 days and nothing ... no more Vodafone for me that's for sure / now with EE and very happy ... and you can use that refund to train that customer support team from India and the staff from Burton on Trent store ... Vodafone = charlatans * you cant deny this !

They have daft ideas about when you can upgrade and when you cant. Doesnt matter that I have been with them 12 years and more. I renewed my contract and therefore I have to wait 3 months!!!
