Why have a contact phone number if no one ever answers and then an answer phones tells you politely to go away and then as an insult it thanks you for calling just before it cuts you off....credibility of TSB is in question!

Rude and arrogant staff!!!!!I am a business owner and use this bank to deposit my takings. I was outside the bank 17minutes before it opened. Some woman then queued behind me with about 2minutes left before the bank opened. The extremely unprofessional old woman working at TSB clearly knowing the woman behind be outside personal decided to push her infront of me despite me arriving 15minutes before her and now stood with thousands of pounds on me while this other woman come in mainly to chat and withdraw £20!!!!! This is a disgrace and I will be reconsidering if I wish to bank with a company that operates like this. Mates come first!!!
