Biggest rip of place I've ever been to I've used them for over 20 years never again.You go in one day then you go couple days later prices have gone through the roof.I went in Monday board bead 86pwent in the day after over £2 taking the piss most expensive building merchants about £11 for a bag of multi finish whats all that about rip of merchants hopefully it will be shut down soon charging those scandelous prices

The Best experience I've had sourcing materials from a supplier, truly amazing staff who always go above and beyond for their customers, Alex on the front desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable I hope this doesn?t go unnoticed, he is an asset to the company and the reason I will go out of my way to return to this branch in particular.

1st impressions count!I visited the Burton site on a very wet day, I had'nt a clue where to start. A young lad jumped off his fork lift and was really helpful. I took home the info and because of the exceptional service, My husband and I returned. On this visit we were served by Matt, the manager. He was also outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble.
