The store is too small for the amount of product that they have. The shelves are rammed full of items but you can?t actually browse for what you want due to constantly having other customers wanting to pass you in the narrow aisles. A shame really because with bigger premises and a better layout, this store has almost everything you could wish for? great for a geek like myself.

Awful customer service. Too many people in the shop considering the size and Covid! Took an item to the til that was marked with one price, shecharged me more. When I challenged she said"no it's what ever price it comes up as through the til. I said challengd 3 times and she said the same thing. Of I hadn't already paid I would've walked out leaving it behind. I had to keep it with it being last shop of the day. Safe to say I won't be going back.

Toymaster has moved from across from lloyds bank now to the octagen right near the lift or escalators. The staff there are friendly and they will help with anything. I am a lego fan and i am glad to say its a bigger store bigger lego sets and more of a variety its a 1000% more better than there smaller shop and im really happy for the move but not to sure the entertainer will be so happy having another toy shop on there door step but this will make it a bit more or of of healthy competition and prices will be matched and they will be battling against each other to sell there are items which will only be a good thing for us buyers/shoppers

Lovely place. Went in there for the first time and got a gorgeous LEGO Harry Potter set that was actually cheaper there than at Argos where I was going to get it from. Has taken me 3 days to do it and I?m so happy with it and where I got it from, I will definitely go back there.

Amazing staff and there are no shortage of toys from if you're a collector to just visiting there is something for everyone a little cramped but amazing I would love to go again

This place is easily the best toy shop in Burton on Trent. Great range of proper toys, Lego, collector's stuff etc.
