Though the customer service was good But cant say same for food cuz wasn't worth it.
Waffle was dry, stale and resembled a Lidl like taste hence why the dessert shop is conveniently across a Lidl. The strawberries came in a separate box to the waffle. I'm surprised the sauce didn't come in a packet. The brownie was also dry and missing the choclate element, nor was it sweet. Ironic since the name is SWEET retreat. Won't be ordering again. Next time, I'll bake my own stale waffles and brownies

Order two items for delivery and waited over an hour and a half. When I called them I was told it was a mix up, no apology what so ever. Apparently refunds take 3-5 working days, don?t waste your time or your money

I have ordered from here a few times. I had the cookie dough which was absolutely amazing, very generous portion size too. My daughter loved her ice cream. The website is really convenient and straightforward to use. Would highly recommend.

The food is taste good , the delivery also comes quick , the person on the call was also very kind and polite to talk and tell us the proper information about the food and also help us if we want to customise it thank you .

When we received the order, upon review one of the products were burnt and in-edible. We then rang up inform them and try to get at least a replacement and we was informed the whole batch was the same, and when we asked, isn't anything they could do. Disgusting service and standards. We've ordered before and had similar standards but was at least edible but now this was too far. Will not be ordering again.

Absolutely amazing! The desserts were delicious and the best part was the customer service from aadila. She took our order promptly with an outstanding attitude and proceeded to retain this positive service all while we waited for our food; which arrived quickly. Amazing place, defo recommend!

ordered this at 7.30pm didn?t arrive for 2 hours!!!! I rang 18 times and no answer. Eventually they picked up and said he was 5 minutes away 25 mins later it came. Crepes were rock hard. And wasn?t nice at all made us all bad. Won?t be coming here again

We went here last week. Amazing desserts, staff where great. I had to share dessert with my daughter we had the Create your own waffle, was there ages choosing topping as too many to choose from, spolit for choice. I also had the kulft creation, tasty, and good consistency as sometime with too much in a shake it goes runny but taste great.Had fullyloaded mini pancakes..nice fluffy pancakes. and tango blast. As us mums do always share the kids desserts..
