Visited yesterday with my two grandsons for lunch as Subway is their favourite go-to place to eat. Everything was good about our visit and we were served by a lovely young lady named Wendy Woo - very friendly, helpful and chatty, a great customer interaction which makes, in my opinion, a very pleasant and enjoyable visit.
Totally different to our visit earlier in the week to your branch at Kingsway Retail Park, Derby, where you have installed a line of self-service ordering stations, with no alternative! You cannot see your sub being prepared, no staff/customer interaction, you don't even see a staff member until one appears at the end of the counter to hand over your meal. A really dull, soulless and uninteresting experience! Needless to say, we will NOT be eating there again, or anywhere else where you insist on installing that system!
Wendy Woo gets our vote every time. 10/10!

My family and me order through the subway website last night and was extremely disappointed. We only ordered 3 footings and a 6-inch that was it and it took nearly 2 hours to be made and delivered when we calling up it took my dad and me to try several times before a gentleman answered the phone when we asked about how long our food was going to be (cause at that point we had only waited 1 hour and 15 minutes) he said it was on it?s way that at the end of the phone call he changed he mind and said that it was just leaving the store. Overall the food was hot but just not a great service.

Visited the store on the 27/05.24 at 21:43. Website and door states open till 22:00Sign at front door also said open however all the lights were off and two staff members inside were cleaning. We knocked the door and they said they are closed. On a bank holiday for emergency ambulance staff it is hard to find somewhere for food, the store should?ve been open however staff refused to serve us another 2 people and pointed their hands saying they are closed

This subway at Burton is fantastic a lot better than the Derby ones. The staff are polite and friendly and nothing is too much for them.
