I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Analeice at Specsavers Burton Upon Trent store today.
After unfortunately snapping my glasses, she listened attentively and went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service was outstanding, and she handled everything with professionalism and care. Very satisfied with the service I received at the burton branch when going in to choose new glasses, helpful, friendly and efficient, no pushy upsell techniques and questions asked were thoroughly answered. Glasses were ready earlier than expected and I was able to collect them at my convenience.

Efficient and personable, very covid conscious with cleaning of surfaces etc, all frames you try on collected and cleaned before being put back on display.
3 Years later and I must say that I was very happy with the tests and explanation of the results. Very personable young llady gave comprehensible explanations - something that I very much appreciate.
