The washing machine does not work every second time, which means that there is no foam or it does not work according to the selected program or there is no water pressure. The staff doesn't care at all. After I went in and told them they absolutely did not deal with this problem. The lady was condescending, impolite and did not want to deal with me, and this was not the first time. I will never try to wash or refuel there again, no problem elsewhere after that.

Fuel prices are really high and we all know they are but the correct price for diesel is 149.9 however, Shell in Burton, all three are owned and managed by the same person and are making an awful impact on common folk.Shell have begun charging 160 and 160.9 (28.02.22) for diesel whilst Tesco, Morrisons and Apple Green have around 151.9. we don't mind a penny extra and everyone has to make money but 10p extra is taking advantage and being unethical to say the least.I know some people won't put in anything other than Shell or BP in the car. I am one of those people too. however, we need to start boycotting them so they realise not to con people!

The home of VPower, which I have tested in my car compared to lower grade diesel or petrol you can notice a difference in responsiveness from petrol cars and more mpg in diesel cars.

This shell site is own by eurogarages.The shop overall is nice and well presented.The forecourt is big.The staff is friendly and reliable.The prices are bit expensive then other petrol station .The shop offers are good.There is free cash machine outside.They have air and water machine but its not free.recomended...

Good company, well priced fuel - one of the most badly placed fuel stations ever. Can only be accessed / left on one side of the road - and that road happens to be the main road out. It's also one lane.
