Management are actively rude to customers and can hear her complaining to other member of the public about how awkward customers can be. No wonder this store is always empty

Visited with my wife, she tried to get help from one of the sales assistants, but unfortunately she was too busy talking to a friend, so after five minutes we walked out. Will not go there again.

Very unhelpful. Tried to take items back that were 2 days late. Would not refund... which I understand, but would not exchange or give credit note either. Manager just said "sorry, there's nothing I can do".I went to another well known store shortly after and another customer had the same scenario but they exchanged anyway for her.It's unusual times at the moment and had to self isolate but they weren't interested. Shame really because I would have been happy with a credit note to spend there again.
