Contacted head office to ask why in 3yrs have the brewery failed to support the tennants
The Castle inn congleton will now be going into its 4th tenant in 3yrs. Punch wouldnt answer my queries as to why. I chritised their choice of wet sales and was hung up on. What a shame, the food recently from Josh and Alex has been outstanding. Shame on you Punch. Maybe a judy in the box could manage your estate better

I called in regarding a query about one of their pubs. The staff were rude, sarcastic and ignorant. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from their support team. Angry is an understatement.

IF I COULD GIVE IT A MINUS I WOULDWARNING! ! !PLEASE BE WARNED! ! !I have taken the time to write this review based on my own personal experiences.I can not solemnly stress how taking on a tenancy with punch pubs is a wrong step.Their behaviour in business is atrocious and their moral?s against their publicans is a disgrace, this brewery and its shambolic approach to supporting publicans run a successful business is somewhat nonexistent. Their motivation in business is solely based on a one-sided basis.I cannot emphasise enough just how they will not support you, they will take every feeble attempt to fleece you using many tactics to do the ?dirty? - luckily for me I was smart enough to undercut every miserable attempt to not become within their clutch and got out whilst the going was still good, but, I cannot help but think if this had been someone else it?d of been a different outcome.Whilst you take efforts to build a steady business punch pubs appear to have alternative plans and let me say if you don?t play them by their antics they do not like it to say the least and as a result attempt to force you to surrender your livelihood or even perhaps pull a finial stunt with solicitors against you.DO NOT TAKE ON AN PUB WITH PUNCH PUBS AND CO UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE THEY ARE 15 MILLION IN DEBT AND ANYONE WILL PULL ANY STUNT IN THAT EXISTENCE. If anyone would like to talk with me before considering taking on a pub with this brewery please make contact and I?ll happily enlighten you.

Visited for swift look around whilst picking y friend,whom was doing a course here. Very modern, comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of free hot n cold drinks machines. Staff all welcoming and friendly. My friend said they had had a wonderful week of training here.
