They could do with employing a manager that has a little common sense.
I understand that there may be certain rules about returning underwear but I returned the item perfectly intact, clearly unopened and not used, 20 minutes after purchasing it. All I wanted to do was change the item for the next size up.
No one mentioned that this would not be possible at the time of buying the item.
Will not be shopping at Primark again and said manager needs to give her head a wobble.

Most of the time I've had a lovely experience with primark although i went into today and grabbed some reduced pyjamas advertised at £7 although when i went to the till they scanned as £18, for one £18 for a set of pyjamas is a crazy amount and for 2 they need to organised there shelfs better as it can be confusing for the customers and provide false advertisement. And i think staff should handle these situations better and could have at least apologised for their mistakes instead of being rude.

If you are are a lover of winter knitwear your great, great, great, granny wore after WW1 this is the place for you. Quality of fabrics are sub par for the massive price increases this year. If you want a unique style of dress sense, try amazon, you will not find it at Burton Primark. Who ever decides which items goes to which store needs firing or re-training in fashion style and sense.
The teenagers that serve you spend more time gossiping between themselves as tho they're in a play ground, than concentrating of serving you with manners and respect. One dyed dark haired girl in particular who's always chewing gum and is rude / passive agressive. The adult servers are helpful and fold clothing correctly before placing paid items in the bags. I've seen the younger staff roll trousers round the clothes hanger and had to request another teenage server to stop pulling the hanger through the neck of 3 polo necks I'd paid good money for. As it rips the stitching and stretches the neck line. Does no one train these teenagers? This store has progressivly gone downhill these past 3 years, it used to be my favorite clothing store, yet I doubt I will spend much money there in the future.

I?ve had a lot of mixed interactions with people and staff in primark but today I must say I?m highly impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the staff. I must have walked into that store three times in the space of a couple of hours. They were patient and kind and understanding the store had large number of brands from different countries under one roof

Sale areas a bit of a mess but with the savings you get I'm not complaining.

Not enough options for middle aged. Everything too close together.

Of the childrens section, over half was taken my girls clothes. Limited choice of boys, and they had put the trainers in storage due to lack of space..
