It does what I need it too, stayed a lot for business. Make sure you use the tablet to book your car in, as you will get a parking charge if not

Useful location for those of us going to Bloodstock festival. The staff at both the hotel and adjacent pub are lovely (the pub is also great!)

hotel was good but the restaurant was rubbish especially the breakfast they had run out of everything would not eat there again.
Rooms: rooms were very good.

Very outdated Premier Inn. Usually stay in Burton Central but thought we?d try this location instead and safe to say we won?t make that mistake again.
Rooms are very outdated; no A/C just an old dirty fan, a tiny tv on the shelf, broken chair, faulty lights and generally a tired room.
Did not eat here so can?t comment on food/service.

We stayed for a quiet get away for a night to relax & re wind...& that is exactly what we got.
Sara & Alison were both friendly & nothing was any trouble ..
Definitely be coming back soon

Great front desk service from Michelle! Thank you so much for settling us in and also on behalf of my elderly parents in law for giving them a call three days before we were due to arrive to check regarding their needs. Rooms were good and we went for the meal deal, which was excellent. The only thing of notice is not to be put off by the exterior which could do with a lick of paint!

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting family and it was a perfect stay. I was worried because our room was on the main road but we slept perfectly. The room wasn't stuffy either like I've had at other premier inns because we had a fan in the room which was great. Couldn't fault it at all did exactly what it was set out to deliver which was a comfy modern room and a great night's sleep

I was in the Birmingham area, but unfortunately, this was the only Premier Inn with rooms available. I now know why.The place is in need of a good clean. The room I was in was at the back of the building, not that there was a view apart from the shrubs that were up above the window that was that dirty you would be lucky to see out of it anyway. if the window was open, there's a pump unit of some sort that has steam coming up through the window. The breakfast next door doesn't start until 6.30 am and they had ran out of some stock.I won't be going back

Breakfast and service was great, unfortunately the I stayed in room 23 which had constant traffic passing all night.Rooms: I stayed in room 23 and was very noisy from the on going traffic passing.Food & drinks: Hospitality was nice, and the food was hot, freshly cooked.

Michelle providing a Stirling service, sorted my room requirements, was very helpful with my parking requirements and I was able to park securely with the oversight of Mark on night duty. 10 out of 10. Over and beyond the call duty. Lots smiles at no extra cost.Rooms: Listed building.Food & drinks: Good quality food in adjacent Table Table restaurant.

Nothing wrong with hotel side at all , clean rooms etc. But breakfast was a comedy of errors with only one staff member in the kitchen

Good value, clean family room in comfy beds. Special mention to staff member Michelle on Reception who showed kindness and excellent customer service, particularly with helping me arrange an April fool joke on my family with message saying breakfast had been cancelled ?
