Gone down hill massively
Taken my dog to get nails clipped cannot book online try and call and no answer been down there 3 times and each time told no walk ins today as only 1 person in.
Also taken our pet rabbit in for teeth treatment as she had spurs to be called later rabbit may not survive as the vet slipped and court a main artery in the back of the mouth
Not good at all

The staff are really friendly and genuinely care for the animals they have in. We use the groomers on site and our dog loves going and always looks so much better, reasonably priced as well!

Can you explain why your hamsters are kept in such an unacceptably small cage (a cage not even large enough for one hamster let alone four), and your rabbit looks so neglected? Absolutely unacceptable and will be reporting

Items are slightly more expensive than at other stores but it you sign you pet up to the app you get discount and freebies!

We were given some very bad advice about a dog harness, so after a training session with an amazing, knowledgeable Dog Trainer called Coral Mike who explained dog anatomy, behaviour and why the harness we purchased originally was causing discomfort and therefore behavioural problems, we returned to Pets at Home. With our new knowledge we were confidently able to get it exchanged for a more suitable harness without a problem by a lovely staff member and with the new harness allowing our dog to move freely, without pain or discomfort our training progressed wonderfully. A shop full of great products with lovely staff. Just make sure you get professional advice about anything to do with your dog from someone who can evidence they have studied Canine Science. Beware of taking advice from well meaning friends or family (even so called experts). Your dog will thank you for it. Thank you Pets at Home for being so accommodating.

You should stop pushing buy your stuff.
Welt here to buy gerbils, they want seen picture of cage, fine it's wierd but ok when we show them they said it's old and can't be use??? For what reason?? Then he came with new cage for additional £65 aaa ok thats the reason. Even our 8s bigger then that new one but not acceptable it's old one.
Never seen business like this. It's last time I went here. Even will last shop around.
