I live in Lichfield we were in Burton and I decided to pop in to 02 shop.
I had not been able to receive calls on my iPhone 15 pro max for over six weeks! Visits to 02 in Lichfield calls to 02 tech help had got me no where.
I was assisted by Caleb a polite young man who listened and then with a few minutes got my phone working. He was the first competent employee of 02 to do his job professionally and resolve the issue of me not being able to receive calls which is pretty important.
Well done Caleb 02 Burton are lucky to have you and I hope 02 know that. ?

Top notch customer service.
I, like others, had a sim card 'issue'.
It was explained to me, and my wife, what the issue actually was, and how it can be resolved, politely and thoroughly.
Some computer wizardry, and phone jiggery-pokery, and everything sorted.
We were genuinely impressed with the O2 team at Burton.
Ashley also worked out a better deal which halved my current bill, and O2 ended up sending me money. Astonishing.
I cannot thank Ashley, and his team, enough.
THIS, is the customer service other stores should look up to.
I really ought to update my phone soon, when I do, I'm going to Burton.

I had Aleksandra working with me today, she was a lovely lady who was so helpful with helping me make my purchase, I recommend her to anyone who is shopping at o2!!

I tried to transfer my old number to O2 Business and was told it would take up to 48 hours. Two weeks later, after numerous calls to customer service and visits to O2 shops, the transfer still hasn't happened. Now, I've lost my old number. O2 customer service is a joke; you have to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to pick up, only to hear empty promises.

Having been a loyal O2 customer for many years, I have on a couple of occasions needed to visit your Cooper Square Burton Store for assistance with repairs and also to purchase a new phone most recently.
On each occasion I have been cared for by Ashley who I would like to publicly praise for his patience and kindness.
Since having a stroke a few years ago I cannot think fast sometimes and can get flummoxed, Ashley showed no hurry helping me and was so patient when answering all of my questions, I never felt rushed or that I had asked anything stupid, he was very good at explaining everything to me in a way that I could understand.
Both myself and my daughter were extremely impressed and grateful to Ashley, he is a fantastic ambassador for the O2 brand, and the reason I will remain a loyal customer in the future.
I would like to thank him again sincerely

Needed help doing a transfer from old phone to new one. O2 website told me to go to local store and they would help. 4 staff members just sitting around. Got told that they shouldn't help with transfer from old phone to new but would help this time. Staff members had to be prompted to finish personal conversations and help other customers when they came in.

I just want to thank Sebastian for his never ending patience sorting my phone yesterdayThe guy went above and beyond helping me retain my phone number and getting me back up and running after a nasty hacking incident and a locked out account that took him no less than 12 calls to so called tech support...whatever this guy gets paid its not enough for his professionalism and patience..MANY THANKS SEBASTIAN!

Went to this store at 15.30 for help with broken phone the assistant broke the phone further to then say he couldn't help as it was too late in the day really unhelpful would never go to this store again absolute joke
