The staff were polite, professional, and had the job done in under an hour — really fast turnaround! I brought my own replacement battery, and they installed it with no issues at all. Everything works perfectly, and I had no concerns during the process. The only reason I’d slightly knock a star (if I were being super picky) is I would’ve liked a small discount since I provided the battery myself — but honestly, the speed and quality of the service more than made up for it. I had not been able to receive calls on my iPhone 15 pro max for over six weeks! Visits to 02 in Lichfield calls to 02 tech help had got me no where.
I was assisted by Caleb a polite young man who listened and then with a few minutes got my phone working. He was the first competent employee of 02 to do his job professionally and resolve the issue of me not being able to receive calls which is pretty important.
