Be warned if you?re using a Sparks card at this outlet. I was misled into buying, my order was messed up and then I was told the item wasn?t even available. I?d already paid for my suit, only to be told I?d have to collect it from another store.
The manager, Adam, initially agreed to honour the Sparks offer, then backtracked and said he couldn?t. After 45 minutes of waiting around, the outcome was basically, ?we can?t help you.? Utter waste of time.
I eventually had to call customer care to sort it out and get my discount. Sadly, M&S seems to be going downhill because of poorly trained staff and poor service.

Love the food hall, great choices

Good M&S store as it's big enough to stock lots of line, but also not too busy. The little cafe upstairs is great little place to meet friends as you can chat and enjoy some quality food and drinks. The food hall at the back of the store is large and have most things you see in the larger stores. The staff are always super helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended for quality and value of everything they stockl.

Despite having a significant electronic problem the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The manager and deputy manager went so above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, great customer service.

I recently visited this store and was able to but the Bra's I really needed. The changing room was extremely comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. As for the underwear purchased, they are well fitting and comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant experience

Absolutely appalling! I asked if I could be sized up for a bra then a lady said to me I'm sorry but unfortunately without booking you can't which I was cool about so I left to pick up a few things and went to the till to pay all of a sudden she was at the till and looked at me and said oh what size are you around the back I said a 32 then she said well looks to me you the one you have on is tight you look like a 36 I felt really offended by this and said no i don't think so maybe a 34 and she said snarkey tone well who is the bra fitter here I said look I don't care you are trying to make it sound like I am bigger than I am and then she asked to measure me I felt awkward she did it in store said yeah see 2 sizes bigger you should go i said im a size 12 in tops and then apparently she is a size 12 with a 36 back but hers didn't look like it fitted properly but yes this is my experience in this shop with a lady that is really rude unfortunately didnt catch her name.

Several niggles about this M&S branch on different visits. Better stock range and customer service at Derby branch in Derbion/Westfield. Go there if in the area.
