I am on holiday currently and the day I arrived I developed UTI symptoms, cystitis. I am in alot of discomfort. I went to the pharmacy to discuss and ask for help. What a wonderful service, friendly staff and the pharmacist was lovely, very thorough and wrote me a prescription for anti biotics. A huge relief, I am so happy.

They refused to give our prescripted medication because the pharmacist was not available. We had requested this medication 5 days prior, to which they said to come back the next day but didn't have it then either. So we came back the next Monday, when they told us to come back in the afternoon. People depend on their medication, to not have the necessary staff available to hand them out is unacceptable...

Absolutely terrible service. Have to wait 10 to 15 days plus for repeat prescriptions. When you finally get message to collect can guarantee there's not complete prescription. So another 5to 10 days before they let you know to collect. I have found if you go to collect before being messaged. The attitude is very poor . As if you should not wish to collect until being sent message for collection. This is the 5th time I am waiting for me prescription. Over 12 days now. Again I am out of daily meditation 5 days now. Would not recommend tis pharmacy. I will be using another in the future

This is a really busy pharmacy, however the staff here are amazing and truly helpful. Can't fault them at all. They have always gone out there way to ensure my sons medication is completed. Anyone one who goes here should be more patient as the staff are working so hard for a high amount of scripts to deal with daily. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. ? ? keep the good work up guys.

How is it possible that the lady which can barely use a till, is left there on her own to deal with customers? After waiting for ages I had to leave without my sons medications becouse she was too busy looking at the terminal instead of helping customers. She was even asked by her co-worker to leave it and do it later, but decided that checking previous transactions on it is more important that the people waiting in the queue.

After being ignored at the counter having to ask some one to serve me, explained that I had lost my mum and I?d taken in her medication, no sympathy shown by the lady on the Ty I?ll that had finally come to serve me under duress, to be told they can?t take them if they are still in the boxes. Appalling, if it wasn?t for my dads prescriptions going there I would never set door in any peak pharmacy again.

Just to mention that this pharmacy has a great team, the Pharmacist a asian gentlemen helped my wife as she was suffering from a severe rash around her body. The Pharmacist was very helpful and diagnosed the rash as singles. I praise this gentleman as my wife has been going to her GP for the past 2 weeks and they just said it was just a allergic rash, but the Pharmacist was spot on. He referred us back to the GP and and it turn out as what the Pharmacist first said and was 100% correct in his diagnoses.We need more pharmacist like him, a great man of knowledge.thank you so much

I was really upset last time I went to go and pick up my babies regular prescription which had been sent by Birmingham children?s, the pharmacy refused to give me his meds at first, I was told he ?needed to check nothing was going to go wrong? I had been already giving my baby the meds daily since he was 2 weeks old. This was very embarrassing as the pharmacy was full of people and I was told this, they were then questioning his age and said ?what is even wrong with him? our baby has kidney failure (in which I didn?t tell them) by this point I was so upset literally trying not to cry, they were all talking about me in the back which I could see through the non effective glass screen. When they finally gave me his meds, he showed the syringe and said ?this is a syringe? I felt like they were assuming that because I am young I had no idea, in fact I have spent the last 8 weeks in the hospital, and probably know more about the medicines than him. I?m still really upset now and I am not using this pharmacy again.

Not very good always having to order medication in never on the shelf, plus the new counter assistant is arrogant and looks down her nose at you and comes out with any excuse for not having prescriptions ready.

Very judgemental staff, once collected my repeat medications on a day off from work during the week. Instantly stared at like I do not work and some form of trash.
