Uxbridge 94/95 Kibar pass,not recommended to visit, I was so disappointed when I order chicken kebab and get full tray chips for 7 pounds with minimum ? meat and when I refused to take it ,I was ignored .????.I know owners very well and never have issue with foods. But this time was horrible.

Food rubbish, there was one or two pieces of good chicken. What you can see in the images is just like battered fat and gristle. Odd pieces of chicken just shoved together. Chips soggy, the box the chicken came in was sodden with grease swimming at the bottom.
Phoned up to report and one of the first things said to me was ?we?ve been serving the same chicken for 5 hours nobody else has complained? wow condescending and making me out to be a potential liar. - not appreciated, you?ve screwed yourself there.
Was then asked what I wanted to resolve the issue which was good but from the word go, I did not feel valued as a customer. Don?t want more chicken from you.
Will go elsewhere in the future.

Food cold, not acceptable for the amount of money paid for it. If you can't guarantee it hot don't sell it, places like Chookys manage it? Why can't you?

I have religiously ordered from here since I moved back to Burton, nearly 2 years ago. I have never had any issues with the staff there, but after today I will not be ordering from here again, due to the rudeness I received from the guy who took my order, after requesting 3 pieces of chicken with fries, to then receive 2 of the same portions and told that I ordered it and claiming that he told me the amount I was going to be charged - which is 100% a lie, as I had no idea until the driver arrived with the food. Please listen back to our telephone conversation if you can and apologise to me for making me out to be a liar, you could barely speak English on the phone you doughnut!

When I walked through their door I was given dirty looks by all of their staff and they all started whispering to each other saying things about me. Then I ordered a chicken burger and they said they didn't have any chicken burgers left. So I ordered some chicken wings and chips. Whilst I was waiting I sat down and when my order was ready my bum was stuck to the seat from how dirty it was. I was on my way to work and opened my box for my food and there was chewing gum melted on one of my chicken wings. Its a disgrace a flippin disgrace. Definitely ordering from here again because it tastes so nice.
