Kids managing kids, no one taught them about customer care/service, queue busting or communication. Waited in a queue of 3 people for 10 mins while 3 staff chit chatted and ambled along, wandered off, completely ignoring the annoyed customers in the queue. Left without buying the £100 trainers I went in for.

customer service is poor waited for 20 minutes ,while they kept on passing and serving other pple,the trainers had glue around i asked the lady and she said they were delivered like that and thez nothing she can do,im taking them back ,or is bcz i was the only black person in the shop,the ladies had attitude ,im not buying there again.
