Been in a couple of times now and im unimpressed with the store manager, ironically called Karen. Rude, sharp, and talks to her staff like rubbish. I feel bad for the staff! The atmosphere the manager creates isn't a nice one and is very much noticed by customers. All the other staff are lovely and very helpful! Hope you all get out soon xx

The blonde hair store manager is extremely rude and snappy for no reason because someone else had an issue getting a refund and the till went down and took it out on us. Disgusting. I won?t go to this branch again.

Went in to look at teas, what i can say is the prices have gone up by £1 or £2, such a big jump at a time. Very EXPENSIVE, won?t return in a hurry.

One young staff wasn't professional enough. It's not professional to talk about customer how they dress infront of them. I suggest she acts mature and do her job properly.
