Been in a couple of times now and im unimpressed with the store manager, ironically called Karen. Rude, sharp, and talks to her staff like rubbish. I feel bad for the staff! The blonde hair store manager is extremely rude and snappy for no reason because someone else had an issue getting a refund and the till went down and took it out on us. Disgusting. I won’t go to this branch again.
