I had an issue with the customer service originally over the phone but in the end I popped into the store and got it all sorted!
They were really helpful in the shop with all my requests etc and I would definitely reccomend coming here! Way better than some other Halfords I?ve been to. We had slight price discrepancies but it was all sorted and overall a really good experience.

I needed a paint touch up pen for my car amd i was helped by Maverick whp is new to the company. Excellent customer swrvice and advised me how to apply the paint ect, had lots of patience. Well done.

I gave my Carrera bike in over 2 & half months ago. And I went in over 5 times to get an update on my bike. I got no phone call or email or calls from Halfords to give me any update. Very bad service. I have been to the Luton store and they were Absolutely great when I bought a car battery that failed and they changed it straight away. Burton on Trent store needs a big improvement in customer services.

Went to get my gears serviced today for the first time because they where so out of wack and within half an hour the guy had finished the tuning for the price of just 20 pounds is well worth it if you haven't got a clue on how to service gears i would recommend it grate friendly staff I'll be back again that's for sure ?

Went to pimp my wife's disability 'go cart'. Cavan found the head light, horn and rear view mirror that would fit best. Discussed with her why one light would be better than the other. We had a good laugh and Cavan made a good connection with us. An excellent young man (as oldies, like us, say).
