The place is really dirty. I understand it?s a Saturday and busy but there is no excuse for bins over flowing to the point the security of the shopping centre have to go to members of the staff to ask them to empty the bins. The floors were also disgusting. Possibly the worst Greg?s I?ve been to in respect to cleanliness.

Everytime I go in this store it is filthy, messy and today two of the female staff did nothing but moan behind the counter about how they'd had a weird day because it was neither busy or quiet and they couldnt wait for the day to be over. I watched one staff member (glasses and heavy set) walk around picking up serviettes, while swinging a tray back and forth. She dumped the serviettes in the overflowing bins, yet never emptied either of them, neither did she wipe the tables down which were covered with pastry crumbs as were the floors. I had to clean my greasy table before I could place my food on it. Also, the milk jugs were empty, again!. If I'm paying a supplement to sit down in store, I expect it to be clean and tidy. The two female workers did moan about not being busy after all, so it's not like staff couldn't clean up. I won't be visiting again.

All the staff are really welcoming and cheerful, have a laugh with their customers despite being non stop , had an awesome bacon roll this morning, proper crispy bacon!! Thanks guys ??

Regular visitor for lunch, queue does get quite big at midday but plenty of staff on tills to help with the lunch rush so goes down quite quickly, food always fresh and well stocked.

I have been in the cafe on 3 occasions, to dine in.
Each time, ALL the tables left to eat at were dirty and covered in crumbs. Yuk !!
The only clean tables were those in the ?closed off? section, where we weren?t allowed to sit in.
Greggs make enough money out of its customers - they need to employ more cleaners.
I WILL NOT be returning here again !!

So it is what it is, edible food at a affordable price, it's never going to be good for you but it's great as a fuel stop. Fills up fast at lunch hours, and can have big queues(don't all Greg's though?)Staff are nice, even stretched often they will try their best.Food quality could be better, puts some more meat back in the steak bake like the olden days and remove some grease from the pizza.Good range of drinks, I'm a coffee man and whilst it'll never win a top coffee award, it hits the spot at a really good price.Would give 5 stars but I'm old enough to remember Greg's of old many years ago when all the bakes and pasties were bulging with fillings.Parking: Coopers square car park is the carpark connected to the centre Greg's is located, free to blue badge but low rates to usual parkeraKid-friendliness: It's just a busy environment that kids seem to be interested in, looks appealing and kids like most of the menuWheelchair accessibility: Flat, massively open access

I went in to Greggs and ordered a sausage roll, the girl who was in the counter looked at me and said at once ? we don?t have vegan sausage rolls ? I was quite surprised at her response to my order. I said ? I didn?t want a vegan Sausage roll, can I please have a normal sausage roll ?. She then said oh ok and served me the order. I am writing this review as it was very poor to assume just by looking at a customer that they may have dietary restrictions based on their appearance or their colour. We live in a diverse community and making assumptions is just plain wrong.

Foods really good, at the usual Hugh Greg's standard. Service is good. Atmosphere is good. There are plenty of places to sit but it does get really busy here, and snag a gap in the crowds to avoid queues!
