Took my car in for a few yrs now . MOT?s, brakes, disks, services. Tyres , punctures, tyre pressure sensors, air top ups in tyres etc.. never too much bother no matter how big or small the problem is. John & Jack have always looked after me extremely well. Never over charged. Polite, friendly, welcoming & helpful.

Really kind on the phone telling me they will sort the problem but then go charge me over £1000 for a full exhaust replacement. Couple days later I get mobile mechanic out as my car couldn't move due to the tyre shoes as an additional problem and he managed to sort my car that day and the next day with a new exhaust a wheel bearing, a timing belt and a tyre shoe for £85 parts which came to about £150 altogether including parts vat and call out charge and service charge.Don't bother getting ripped off

Good service, I booked MOT online and it was taken in on time, they advise to arrive 15 minutes before test. Definitely will use them again.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service here. Although you book a timed appointment and arrive the 15 mins before like you are asked it still takes them an hour to move the vehicle into the garage. They were far too busy messing around and drinking what seemed like a bottomless up of tea so left my disabled father (unable to sit in low chairs) standing for the duration no matter what he said.

Great experience at Formula One Burton, John got me booked in under 24 hours of calling and his team identified and solved the vibrating issue with my tyre within 30 mins. Highly recommended!

Amazing service, not once have they ever let us down or over priced.Came for a tyre change, but stock showing incorrectly on the system. Lads took a look and saw the puncture could be repaired. Had an issue last week with a nail in my tyre. Rang up formula one after work knowing it would be very last minute, to my surprise they to fit me in even though they were super busy. Great customer service and really appreciate putting some time aside to get it sorted for me. Thanks guys. definitely recommended!

I took my van here for an MOT and was very pleased with the professional and friendly service given. They were very efficient and did the MOT while I was waiting at the auto centre. I will definitely be taking my other vehicle and van there again.

So shocked to read the bad reviews!! I have used these to service and MOT my car for years and they are amazing. It failed this time due to fuel pipe leak, as they could not accommodate that repair they soon recommended a local garage to help. Within 1 hour of collecting they did MOT re-test for me. They even did free diagnostic check as my engine management light came on and would not go off. They go above and beyond for loyal customers.
