What an awful service.. appointment done with private dentist and paid for the service ..had to wait 30min and not even felt they have to apologize just said sit and wait. Will never go back, rubbish service at front desk all persons with unhappy faces and dentist also felt like he is more important than my kids? rubbish!!!!

I have had Nim as my hygienist for some years now.She is very thorough and takes her time. She is always friendly and caring. I visit her twice a year. Not had any treatment for years now.

For someone who is very nervous of the dentist, I find the staff very pleasant and treatment first class. They also give help in dental hygiene.

Big sign outside Limited NHS places available.Went in to register my 15 year old daughter.We can only register her as a private patient.Take your sign down then.If you?re not prepared to take on a child as an NHS patient who are you prepared to take on?Edit. My apologies to the business owner. My rudimentary grasp of English has lead me to miss that limited actually means none and that there is a long waiting list.It is heartening to know that local business owners do take the time to read reviews and compose professional responses.

Waited 50 mins past my confirmed appointment time. This was due to sickness and emergency appointments taking priority, however this wasn?t communicated until I was being seen by the dentist and I was told twice it would be a couple of mins? 25 mins later I was called.Everyone is offered £5 off their bill if they leave a google review (so maybe take all these other reviews with a pinch of salt), I wasn?t offered this as they obviously knew I?d leave a bad one. So I paid the full price and thought I?d leave one anyway.The dentist was fast and efficient when I eventually spent some time with them, so thanks for that. However, the organisation needs to be a lot better at their communication and I feel it?s poor practice to cherry pick who they offer a discount to depending on if they were seen on time or not.
