All they had to do was deliver a fridge, they failed to even enter the road and cancelled the order. The customer service lady also hung up after we kindly requested a breakdown.

The young lady who served me was so lovely, very polite and chatty, I took a ps5 controller back, she was very helpful. It?s so nice going into a shop and the sales team are friendly makes a big difference.

Understand its a big store but very poor quality products. They sell it cheap online and inshore and within a month there are repairs needed. They then keep customer calling from pillar to post to book a repair and then say you need to contact manufacturer. Ridiculous store. Will not recommend if you are looking for quality.

Absolutely amazing staff. I was approached by a staff member almost immediately even though the store was busy. And my mobile phone enquiry was easily fixed and I was gone in 10 minutes

Walking around the shop to get help and get completely ignored by staff. I notice they only approach the Asian people? I think the staff think they?re the only race with money or something. Walking around for half hour. I give up in this branch

Ordered and paid for a TV for delivery to store within 7-10 days. Day 10 comes with no communication other than the ?Thanks for using Currys, how did we do?? Emails. I went i to store to get an update and turns out they don?t have the stock. An email or phone call telling me this would have been helpful. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere.
Did me a favour as got the same TV from Argos for less money. Ordered at 12noon and collected at 4pm same day. Well done Argos.
My advice - avoid Curry?s at all costs and shop elsewhere.

Just popped in for some bluetooth speakers to attach to my laptop. The chap who came to help was very good, suggested some very nice JVC bookshelf speakers and explained how to connect if any problems (I've never used bluetooth from laptop before). Got them set up now working perfectly, and the sound quality is great. Top advice, thank you.
