How many times do I have to tell the staff to use the handles when picking glasses up. Where you put your fingers on a glass when presenting it to a customer they have to drink from.

Popped in here yesterday and thought I would try a iced latte, I didn?t like it so asked a staff member called Ian if I could have a shot of vanilla in it to see if that was better, he said it was no problem and no charge and if I still didn?t like it he would make me another drink, I still didn?t like it so he made me a latte instead, free of charge. Excellent service, happy friendly staff :)

I do like a Costa latte and this branch didn't disappoint, service was swift and I managed to find a seat to chill for twenty minutes.

I've just had the nicest teacake I have ever had in any cafe. It was full of delicious fruit and they had toasted it to perfection.

I like to go there for a quick snack since they don't have any options for a big meal. They have sandwiches, cake, coffee, chai latte, cappuccino, mocha, and they have free WiFi. The place is pleasant.

Whilst in store after ordering 2 iced coffee?s we were handed our drinks without lids. My partner very politely asked if we could have lids for our drinks and the member of staff very rudely replied ?if we had lids I would?ve put one on?. Being an assistant manager in retail I would be appalled if I heard any of my staff speaking to a customer like this.

Definitely much like every other costa but good service and not horrific waits so does better than some including their own stock and places like Greg's
