I am never going to come back to this place. Barely stocked, and the staff are shockingly rude, dismissive and insulting. I will be going to Barton-Under-Needwood Co-Op from now on, because they don't close early, and are lovely to talk to.
Even the staff at the pub next door can't stand them.
Absolutely terrible shop. Staff ignore you, are openly rude, talking to each other constantly on their headsets, never on the till, and close the shop early. Shelves are rarely stocked. Just a disgrace. Wish I could give minus stars.

I've been going into this Co-op for the last 7 years, and it was never a problem until tonight. I was with my little dachshunds both on leads, I have been in before with them and quickly collected a parcel. To which Kieran said about the dogs, so while he collected the parcel, I waited outside, not a problem. I?ve given him the long DPD tracking number, but he said I also need proof of ID, which I had not got. So, I said I would look for the scan code on my phone. When I found it, I walked in and told him I found it ?Mr Personality?; I called Kieran because of his abrupt behaviour; it wasn?t being rude, just telling the truth. He replied very quickly to me by swearing at me under his breath, to which I asked to see the manageress. I now understand the lack of self-control amongst the staff after speaking to her. She rudely slammed her door behind me as I left, letting her self-control go out the window, like her staff. I will use Alrewas Co-op, where staff are much more friendly without the attitude.

It?s a coop that you can enter but struggle to get out of. Staff are always communicating between them selves with head/microphones but nobody on the tills. Tonight I left my basket and goods at the till and called at a different coop! This is 3 times I?ve left in as many months! Staff need a good shake up.

Good. Plenty of parking though can get busy as its shared with the pub next door.

Staying locally and found this place on Google maps, thought we'd give it a try. Really glad we did, lovely place, great food and staff so nice. 5 stars all round.

Lovely pub but unfortunately my husband had a cold pie so sent it back and had another and this also came out cold! Not good! Guys! He then had a.chilli which was ok! But still Not good enough after having two cold Pies!!

I decided to travel to the Peak district for the weekend on a bit of a solo journey (after a pretty harsh week breaking up with my partner) and found myself stopping in Kings Bromley for a bite to eat as it was getting late. Fortunately they were still serving food at the Royal Oak in Kings Bromley, and I was met with great service from the bar staff and kitchen before ordering a pint and meal on my pit stop. Not only was the food amazing (and a really generous portion) but the chef who served my food was incredibly professional and friendly. It probably tasted even better thanks to the friendly and hospitable staff. Also loved the fact there was a caged parrot that I only noticed mid way through my meal, you really don't see that everyday! All in it was a great experience and I highly rate this pub for both food and drinks! Thanks again Royal Oak! Tom

Would give 0 stars if I could.Got some salt and vinegar crisps and they had no flavour to them and then seen they was a year out of date.Then got a tuna sandwich and it had spider and someone?s hair inside it. Only good thing was a red bull that had nothing wrong with it.Also staff is never at the tills
