I?m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff were unprofessional, provided false or misleading information, and showed a clear lack of training. Additionally, the device I purchased was faulty, which only added to the frustration.
I strongly recommend that the company invest in proper customer service training and review its product quality control. This experience has left me with little confidence in your business practices, and I would not recommend your services to others based on what I?ve encountered.

Popped in to get some Wii games and a fit board a few weeks back in February was served by Minesh who honestly had the most enthusiasm and rapport with customers.
I actually enjoyed being served by him.
He was honest and would not sell me something he wasn?t happy with which is an amazing quality he treated us how you should be treated in any retail environment he?s a real asset to the Burton store!

I bought a Dell laptop that was only six months old when it crashed, despite still being under a 48-month warranty. I returned it, but they requested a screw that I?m sure wasn?t included when I received the laptop. Unfortunately, no action was taken regarding the laptop. Additionally, I purchased a charger that stopped working within two months, even though it has a five-year warranty. When I returned it, they did not offer a replacement. I advise you to stay away from this shop; they are dishonest, and their products are not durable despite being expensive.
