I love to go to BK in Burton only with my family because the food was great. Fresh cook and warm. The cleanliness is excellent too.

En route from work to visit wife in hospital - stopped off at this outlet (having had recent poor experience at Mc D's) - I ordered a Whopper and fries to take out - food turned up on a plastic tray, so much for the take out part of the order - the fries were mostly scattered over the tray due to being dumped on the counter. I ate the scattered fries and took the remaining fries outside to my vehicle, time elapsed less than 5 minutes. On unwrapping the burger I found it was stone cold, I finished the fries as they were the only part worth eating. Did not go in to complain as I did not think I could remain polite. Bottom line is poor service, poor food for the money, I would have got better value for money at an independent cafe or even a snack van in a lay by on my way to the hospital.
