The best real estate sales agency.The employees are very nice and willing to help you find your dream home.My fiancee and I bought our first house through the Burchell Edwards agency.Our mortgage advisor was Naamah Forest.We were first time buyers, so at the beginning we were a bit worried and didn't know what to do.Naamah explained everything to us and helped us find the best mortgage offer from the bank with the lowest interest rates.She helped us with the documents and explained everything to us.She always answered the phone and replied to emails, was always available and was a great support for us when buying a house.In the future, if we buy or sell a house, we will definitely use Burchell Edwardsand THE BEST mortgage advisor Naamah Forest!!!Highly recommended!

From the minute amber advised me about property I was interested in and the mortgage adviser onsite assisted me with mortgage advice etc the process was made easy and had more than enough time to answer any questions I had would use again and have advised friends alreadyUsed for the second time now selling the team were great 5*s, if looking for a mortgage advisor I will use naamah again as always kept me in loop and helped in finding a new property too

I normally wouldn?t review, but Daisy honestly made the most stressful thing ever so easy. I didn?t feel rushed at any point, she had all documents ready and constantly kept in touch.A few months ago I was fortunate enough to meet the landlord and Daisy when we went for a viewing. We put in an application and fortunately were accepted the next day. We were open and honest regarding our finances and Daisy was so good at working around us and our schedule, even arranging another viewing once our references went through.Moving is the most stressful thing I?ve ever done, and I struggle with the process. But this time, I felt so at ease. Daisy even said ?I?m determined to find you a home? before we found the current house. Something you don?t hear in the current climate!Thank you to Daisy and the Burchell Edwards team for everything and I know who I want to go to should I ever need to move again!To anyone who is looking to move (rental) I can?t recommend them enough.

Excellent and professional service, highly recommend! Had some great advice from Sean who came and valued our house and went through all our marketing options. He couldn't do enough to help us.The sale was handled so efficiently and smoothly by the sales team. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again in the future. 5*! We really appreciate everything that the whole branch has done for us, everyone was so lovely and so professional to deal with.

Leaving this review on behalf of my father and mother in law who you have currently a house on an auction with.very disappointed with birchell Edwards as this is now the 4th time family's have arranged a visit but not shown up, is there really a viewing arranged ?or just saying there is ? Your telling me if you cannot find the property your trying to view you would just go home and not contact your self's at burchell edwards and ask where is the property!? What might help would be a for sale sign outside the property so that gives people a massive clue as to where the house might be, I find it hard to believe that 4 family's from outside the area have all failed to turn up without notification to you. With the house being up for aution and the quick turn around that this entails you would think that the estate agents would make sure that all potential viewings are definitely going ahead as per arranged and that all potential viewers no exactly where they are supposed to be going and at what time.Either you shape up and do something about this or as soon as the action is over they will be using a different estate agent.

Mid-tier estate agent at best, really.I was dissatisfied that I was mislead over the costs involved with moving house, dissatisfied with their chosen solicitor, and dissatisfied with the overall lack of ?drive? or enthusiasm to try and get us a sale?They?ve ultimately rolled over and allowed our buyer to drop out of the sale, with no further potential buyers in the wings?Given up on the idea of moving house now. They haven?t served me really so it?s time to give up.I felt like I?ve done a LOT of the legwork chasing up viewings and potential buyers. Most of the viewings (which we did ourselves with no Rep) felt ?irrelevant? - this just wasn?t the property they were looking for, so why did Burchell Edwards point them our way, and not chase genuine potential..?There seem to be a couple of good members of their staff who have been great to deal with but it feels like the firm is trading on their former reputation.My advice is do more homework and maybe choose a different estate agent. Especially do NOT use their solicitors ?Conveyancing Direct? (who are in St Leonard?s on Sea, by the way!!).
