We had a fantastic experience at Bella Italia today, thanks to our amazing server, Rachel. Even though she was the only server in the restaurant, she handled everything flawlessly. She made sure we were served on time, all while being incredibly polite and keeping a wonderful smile throughout. The food was delicious, and Rachel?s service made it even better. We?ll definitely be coming back again!

We had Cora as our waiter, she was very friendly and attentive, enjoyed our food, we was able to get £10 off the bill by signing up to the app aswell.

We were a party of six and decided to drop in after a bit of weekend shopping whilst visiting family.
We were quickly seated and given plenty of time to make our order. Two of us had pasta and the other four, pizza (myself included).
Our server was Kayleigh whom effortlessly dealt with our orders. We decided to have a couple of sharing platters with our drinks whilst our pizzas were being freshly made from hand stretched dough.
We were all very pleased with our tasty food which, after sharing a couple of starters and eating a pizza each (except the pastas), didn't have enough room for a dessert. Maybe next time I will.
All in all we had a nice relaxed, pleasant experience with excellent service. What more could anyone ask for?

Had such a lovely time here. Food was amazing. Couldn?t fault it at all. First time we have been here and it won?t be the last. Service was top notch too. Would definitely recommend.

Nicola was our server and she was very nice, the right amount of chatty. The food was prepared quickly and was fine. The music was the right volume. One of the lights was flickering but I still give the atmosphere 5 stars. I enjoy going to Bella Italia.
