If it was possible to give zero I would service was so rude. They had a stash of trolleys behind the customer service till whilst people were scattering for trolleys because they kept five and were using it for there own shopping switching between colleague to colleague. What?s a joke people come here quite often and are expected some assistant but was given none. And I quote when I asked a worker for a trolley or if there?s any trolleys in store she told me I can?t make a trolley come out of the air so find a way to get one yourself. Terrible shop

Amazing staff very helpful had a few damaged items when delivered and one thing missing but straight away they helped and came and collected the damaged items and replaced them

Dreadful service. Placed and order 3 hours ago for delivery within the advertised 35 minutes and they just kept pushing delivery time back with no explanation. Tried to call them, but after 30 minutes on hold nobody had answered so I gave up and cancelled my order. I use this shop for everything normally from a pint of milk to a months shopping. I will however never use them again after this - you e lost a loyal customer with your DREADFUL customer service!
Placed my order with another local supermarket on the same platform, delivery said 45 minutes and it arrived in 20 minutes! I know who I?ll be using from now on?.

lovely atmosphere inside this supermarket however the main factor that makes this specific weekly choir a dream is a member of the asda team this person is qasim this man makes every trip and shop a delight aswell with his friendly and welcoming personality aswell as this is a football mastermind and will always speak about the weekly fixtures. Great member of staff and UP THE VILLA

Was a nice shopping experience. Only had one turn off. My daughter was sick and asked for any medicine to the pharmacist. But the lady was not that helpful in responding and straightaway said there were no medicines available. Also my friend asked for paracetamol but the lady in charge straight away said there was no stock eventhough there were alternatives like calphol was available. For emergency items likemedicines, we expect helpful and proactive staff. Was a bit upset ? ? ? about the experience. Otherwise it was good.

I have just been shopping at asda burton on Trent and it's a pay carpark, I tried to pay by card at the machines and they are not accepting card payments, I went into the Octagon shopping centre to use the machines there and they are not accepting card, a security guard said they are only accepting cash and I said the machines don't accept cash anymore so how am I supposed to pay, he said to drive out to the barrier and pay there. What a headache.
