Ordered and paid online for a washing machine. Received a delivery day and time slot. That day came and went, no sign of washing machine! Phoned helpline, spoke to robot and eventually a human, he said it was down to stock issues. I asked to speak to a manager. This was another robot! Eventually spoke to another human who repeated the first human!
I gave up, sought out CEO's email and complained to him, he passed the buck to his secretary who was as much use as a chocolate fireguard!
When machine finally arrived
they installed it and went away leaving acoustic sponges unfitted!!
Still awaiting some sort of compensation...
Would definitely look elsewhere if I were you.....

Great staff ! Didn?t know my delivery (1 pallet) was booked in till 3 hours later but they still unloaded me, even tho they were busy.

Unloaded my Container on time, professional and friendly.
Let me park on the selected loading dock early. Had chance to have an undisturbed rest before they started to unload.
Paperwork was processed fast.
Clean site but only one toilet to serve ALL drivers, male and female. Not the cleanest and supplying the bare minimal in driver comforts!
