Usually reasonably helpful, but today I went in for help & advice, indicating I wanted to chat about moving some of my accounts, & I was basically bamboozled & sent away being told to look it up online. Try looking this stuff up online & trying to work it out with ADHD & kids in the house, ha. Might have to look out for another bank that is more supportive, where it's ok to have a sit down & get clear on information.

Positive and helpful service today. The woman who helped me was welcoming, friendly and helped me resolve the problem with my Mum's account easily and reassuringly. She genuinely was happy to help and it is so refreshing to experience this. Thank you.

What a lovely local branch. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Always get a warm welcome. Recently walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately. I just want to single out Hayley who was outstanding for her customer care and helpful manner. Thank you

Been customer for years I walk in the lady totally blanks me which would be ok but then for another person to walk in then receive "hi sir is there anything I can help you with". Is disgusting the customer Infront of me looked at me as if to say what the actual hell.I then got to sit and wait for a different lady to photo copy my ID, she finished with the other customers then literally walked straight past me to ask a customer in the cue if they needed help. She was pulled up by the cashier and then came to copy my ID but spoke down to me like I wasn't even human. They then stated I'd get a call back and nothing.Ringing to put a formal complaint inI wouldn't ever like to suggest racism in so many situations but I was the only black person in the bank and they seemed quite friendly to everyone else and it was blatant and the CCTV will show that also it's one of the only times in my adult life I've left a place feeling like I don't belong somewhere.
