The lady (if you can call that) with short grey hair is the most herrendous nasty person and should not be working in customer service ! I put a formal complaint in last year about her awful attitude towards the elderly and myself and was told she was leaving? she is still there and I no this as she has made my elderly neighbour cry today. (A different neighbour!) if you go here I would record at the same time as she is really really not a nice person at all . She should be ashamed of herself . Speaking to clients like they are nothing, shouting out very personal information and giving out other peoples prescriptions . She?s a disgrace . Don?t no how she sleeps at night. She is a local lady aswell you would think she would have more time for her neighbours !

told them to ring me so I could pick up father?s in-law?s prescription he recently came out of hospital he struggles to walk they never rang me he had to go get himself scandalous

Wonderful service from an amazing staff. All are very knowledgeable, helpful and they always go that one step extra to help. They always seem to have everything I'm looking for weather it be a body product right through to my medicine. Can't recommend them enough.
