My partner and I had the pleasure of purchasing a property though Furness Lyman.
The wonderful Sara and her brilliant team were faultless.
Impeccable communication paired with personal and sincere customer service put my partner and I at ease. They were consistently ahead of the game and kept us in the loop at every point of the process.
I hope not to sell the beautiful home that they helped us secure. However, should I need an estate agent I know exactly where I'll be going..!

Sold my house with them recently, not completed as I write this. I found it quite hard to get in contact with anyone when I had a query. When I did get hold of someone they said they would ring me back and never did. So I was then chasing again to try and contact them. In the end I stopped trying. They have not updated me once or chased anything during the whole process. The estate agent my seller has used has been fantastic and done all the leg work, kept everyone informed on a weekly basis on a 6 house chain. Wish I had used her to sell my house as she would have been worth every penny.

Wouldn't rate these at all. As soon as I had put the offer in we had no communication at all. I had to keep phoning with no ring back. It was only when I physically went into the branch that I got communication. I was a first time buyer and I found the entire service stressful and confusing. No help at all.

Good service, only slight grumble is as the sellers we were told it would be better to use their Solicitors so didn't shop round but the buyers did shop round for possibly a cheaper rate.

Fantastic staff at the Wombwell branch. I have asked John-Paul and his team several times for advice and assistance with my rental property. They have always been fantastic; extremely knowledgeable, pro-active and very speedy in their response to me. I wouldn?t hesitate in using their services in future and highly recommend them to anyone buying, selling or renting a property.
