Use this place for the odd bits when we really have to - Don't see how Tesco and others can get away with charging more for the produce in these types of stores ? #ripoffbritain
Mainly used this place for the EVri point but this has been taken out - So I guess I won't be in there that often now

Absently minded one day I went to the self checkout and didn?t pay. Realising after my account didn?t have anything that day I went back in. Said ?Sorry don?t think I paid the other day what do I do?? Got accused by the manager of stealing multiple times and to only use the staffed tills from now on.
Firstly I offered to rectify a simple mistake and approached you.
Secondly Why would I steal using the self check out and not just leave.
I have spent thousands with you annually and now will never go to a Tesco again. Disgusting way to treat someone who made an error and actually came to pay you back.

Appears to have a new security staff member. Something was going on with an elderly woman and him when I entered the store (I had earphones in) but the other staff seemed shocked - but I didn't pay any attention. I just finished a long day at work, it was hot weather and I just wanted to purchase some items. Two seconds later the same security guy was following me as if I was going to steal something. Not a shopping experience I appreciate. I spend a lot of money there and it's not like I'd steal anything - im fortunate enough to be a data scientist. I just took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so if this is a regular occurance.

Can never get sandwiches on a morning always reduced stopping the meal deals. Can't buy anything age restricted because they can't be bothered to authorise it and carry on serving the manned till qué, even when another colleague comes onto tills. Waste of space for a shop

Staff are friendly and helpful bar a couple sometimes it is hard to get what your wanting if they don?t have it in stock and could be waiting a few days for it prices are a little high especially when you consider that the big Tesco is cheaper for the same stuff I get that it?s an express store and on a high street however I feel that the store should charge the same prices as the big one.
