My Order took 2 hours to be delivered. When I called after 1 hour they said it was 6 minutes away. I called back after 15 mins and he said there was no driver allocated to my order and blamed just eat drivers. I asked to cancel the entire order and he said he would but only if i paid again through foodhub first and he would deliver it himself. I was unable to cancel through just eat myself and he said he could do it but he wouldn't do it because he still wanted the money. He even had the audacity to send me a bill on foodhub to my mobile number.
The just eat driver finally arrived and said he had only just been notified of an order. I asked to cancel again, but they had given him the food.
The driver turned up 10 minutes later and delivered cold, stale food. It all went to waste. Avoid completely.

Just had delivery shocking all gone in bin fish was dry and soggy chips were dry and scallop my partner had the potatoe was hard will not be having it again are usually chippie broadway swinton. Is closed so gave this a try might as well thrown our money in bin

ordered food at half 1 and it didn?t turn up at all but charged me £31 and no where to complain to get money back, very disappointed

ordered 4 meals. what a waste of good money, food arrived late and cold. batter was thick and soggy, fish had no taste. do not waste your money. absolutely disgusting.

Tonight my wife was craving fish and chips at 10pm. That place was the only one open at that time. I ordered medium fish and chips for £6.99. I was expecting old fish reheated for my late order. I was pleasantly surprised. It was freshly cooked , a big portion which fed us both really. Strongly recommend! Delicious fish and chips! Couldn't ask for more. I will be back.

Bad experience.Really poor quality food & awful serviceWe could not eat the fish as it was like the cheap frozen stuff you can get from supermarkets (low end).They even got a simple order wrong & insisted we had not paid for something. They were put right & admitted they got it wrong. Would not go back or recommend.Instead....Go up the road to Summer lane chip shop for far superior & quality fish & chips.
