Always have a positive experience when being at this chemist
Very helpful and friendly staff.always very supportive and informative despite how busy they are and they are always busy.
Cannot fault the service they have provided for myself and my wife . Always give a personal touch when attending which is lost in lots of other places nowadays.

Absolutely disappointed with Rowlands pharmacy, I have been to this place few times. staff ignore people and they don't serve them. I was waiting about 10 minutes and all staff were giggling and laughing together and tried to not look to see how many people were waiting to be served. It happend few times that I have been there.
