Nice coffee and cakes, most other offerings are cheese based toasties, prepackaged sandwiches. Most prepackaged sandwiches are wholemeal or brown bread, People still like white bread. There should be a choice of white or brown.
People also like plain scones with a cream tea. People who eat fruit scones also eat plain scones. Please provide a choice for people who don't like the fruit in their scones. Logic, if you only provide plain scones, more people will choose scones.

Had a lovely time shopping with my sister there. Choices was amazing, yes not always the cheapest, but the depth and scope of range was fabulous. Plus, dad loved the cafe drinks not too expensive quality after cakes and pastries exceptional.

I never write reviews but I just can?t believe how rude the staff are in this shop. The last few times I have been, I have felt very uncomfortable and like I?m being watched constantly. I have never experienced anything like this in any other shop before. The staff on the tills have been very rude and unprofessional, especially the lady with the glasses and the young girl with long dark hair. I also frequently shop at the Dunelm at Clifton Moor and the staff there are lovely and I?ve never had any issues. I gave it the benefit of the doubt after the first couple of times but after this last time I do not feel comfortable enough to shop in the Barnsley store again.
