Sandra was amazing, she told me about the four for three deal and openly encouraged me to buy more cards so I would save money . She was lovely I give her 10 out of 10 for customer service , and I have worked in retail for over 20 years . However she is always lovely even when there's no deals on , always friendly and smiling .

Sandra was lovely she helped us pick a 90 th birthday card for our late mum?s birthday which isn?t easy x she also spent the time to look for a cellophane bag so the card would t spoil at the crematorium with being outside x thank you for your help

Bought a age 2 balloon weren't even in car hardly any helium in it disgusting and when rang shop she's says fetch it back and I give you a refund or sort it so we're going to take it off baby hilarious needs too be better service and get job done right shocking
