The young lady behind the till was extrememely rude, attitude for no reason, we put our items down at the till and she gave us a death stare and it was like she couldn't be bothered,
then when we asked for a bag she rolled her eyes at us and didnt say a word the whole time apart from the total of the items..
also she just left the items on her side of the till so i had to reach right through to get it while she just stood there with an attitude,
so rude! We were polite and it just seems like she really doesnt want to work there, we've had this with a couple of the staff, like they just hate being there but take it out on customers. dont know whats going off there but it needs sorting!

Bad experience all round, to begin with the manager refused a real id and tried to say it was fake. A different staff member girl on the till seemed to laugh with another staff member every time I was in the store and I could never understand why. I found it highly rude.

as a parcel collection point, they sent my parcel back after 3 days and it should have waited up to 6 days, incompetent service!!!!

I don?t usually post negative reviews but I?ve been coming to this shop for years. Came in today and must say the customer service from the member of staff that served me was non existent. I think her name was Robyn, never spoke to me through out serving me, automatically assumed I was paying with card, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for lottery and never even told me the total of my bill. Good customer services start with building a rapport with your customers, even the simplest of a hello or is there any thing else I can get for you would have been appreciated rather than no words at all. Maybe some training is needed.

Unfortunately the stock rotation is pretty poor.Many times I?ve been in there,bought something,got it home and discovered it?s past it?s best before and even use by dates.I saw a few packs of minced beef which were 2 days past the use by date.

Avoid this place at all cost the manager has spoke to me in an unprofessional disgusting manner saying I had my address wrong when I clearly didn't he should open his eyes and look properly I ordered a strawberry ice views go e-cig gaming watermel I am allergic to watermelon if I die I am sewing him do not go into this star because guarantee you will have your first bitten off by an horrible man manager that needs to be sacked I'm a pulled by the service I am giving and I will never order from there again ????!!!!!!
