Love this as a coffee stop after walking from lower Bradfield. Usually sit outside with the dog. Dogs are allowed inside but its rare to find an available table.

The Schoolrooms cafe is such a wonderful find. We were staying locally and it became our go-to for breakfasts and also an evening meal in the bistrot. There aren't many places in the area that stray from the usual pub grub menu so it was great to have this stylish and welcoming cafe in the heart of the beautiful village. We loved the decor and the very warm welcome from all the staff. The menu is reasonably priced considering the high quality of the ingredients and their flat white coffees are perfect! Highly recommend.

This a really cute cafe tucked away in a little village in the peak district. We ordered a coffee and a lemonade which came to £6.90. I would have given the cafe 5 stars if not for the prices. Unfortunately there is no competition and therefore the prices are quite high. £12 for a bagel and £7 for eggs on toast as an example. We found the prices too high to justify paying for food.

Booked a table for lunch. Arrived a bit early but was able to sit outside , under the large umbrella and AVE a mocha whilst we waited.
Meals order:- fish and chips, school burger and chips, pie chips & peas and Mediterranean wraps. Food was piping hot, well presented and very tasty. Plates all returned clean. It was quite busy and I'm glad we booked. Went on a Sunday. There wasn't a problem taking the dog in and there were dog treats and water available.
Plenty of parking spaces, although we had walked there from Dam flask dam.
Nice car at the other end of the building and seating upstairs, although dogs aren't allowed upstairs.

Really great food. Had falaffel salad and it was beautiful. Other people in the group had lasagne, fish n chips, and brie and bacon flatbread. They also enjoyed. Plenty of room inside, upstairs, outside. Nice facilities e.g toilets.
