Very very dirty place. I?ve been quite a few times and never saw anyone cleaning.
Baby chair is disgusting. Broken and very dirty. Would benefit from a new baby chair.
I always order on the app because it?s more convenient for me and I have to remind the staff that I have ordered on the app because even though the ticket is already there - it seems they don?t see it or don?t want to see it.

So, order placed on priority at 11.40 am by my wife so when I got home for my lunch break we could have lunch together. It is currently 13.25 as I write this and it is still sat in subway awaiting the 4th or 5th rider. The 1st one sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for the food to be handed over and I've lost count at how long other drivers have waited.
Food is no closer to being delivered 1hr 40 minutes later and I since have had to go back to work.
We've never had a problem before, I understand delays can happen but this is taking the mess a bit.
Tried to call subway but phone rang out for 5 minutes before I gave up.

Worst costumer service, Utter rubbish will never go again, No turkey as they ran out, ok that happens they didn?t order enough, so we asked for chicken as a replacement, was immediately told that?s an extra £3, when I questioned why as they had ran out of turkey, chicken isn?t part of the meal, no budge no negotiation, £3, previously to this I asked if they do veterans discount, with a smirk on her face ?No we don?t? and to end it all I think £20 for 3 subways is a bit much, no worries we will never go again.

Ordered online 20 mins before arrival. People in the queue were served before my order was made, considering it was busy this meant I waited longer for having ordered online rather than just turn up and queue, the queue was served much faster.

I liked the sandwich in general. He did not pay attention to the request to add a little sauce. Well, basically, I like Subway more than all these fast foods.
