I have been to staples a few times now and can 100% highly recommend them. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure that you leave a happy customer. Although i do not require glasses i feel that they supply a fantastic range that are reasonably priced. If i did require glasses there are definitely enough to choose from to suit everyones taste. Highly recommend opticians

All staff are friendly and professional- they take time to listen discuss and advise regarding lens types and frame suitability but without being in any way pushy or overly assertive- although they are an independent company that doesn?t mean lack of choice- I would 100% recommend them their service is first class with the personal experience you can only find in smaller independent businesses

I went for my annual eye check up to Staples at Wath. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The Optician made me feel very relaxed and eye test was carried out with expertise. Although I did not need new glasses this time they have a variety of styles and at reasonable prices. Over the last few years I have had several pairs of glasses from Staples and have found them all extremely good. If I have any problem with the fit of the glasses I know if I take them into the shop they will rectify this.

I?ve been going for many years and am always greeted with friendly faces. All the Ladies that work there are very professional, friendly and cannot help enough. Last year , I was really worried about my sight and pressure behind my eyes, straight away , they did the necessary tests, listened to me offload my worries. They were amazing and put me at ease with their calm and friendly manner. All the ladies are a credit to this business , you don?t just feel like an appointment.

Staples opticians epitomizes the adage that biggest is not always best. Absolutely first class service. Catherine today spent a long time examining my eyes and the result was her telling me that I have cataracts which need removing. She has already made the referral.

I have used Staples opticians for more years than I can remember. They have been an excellent opticians from the booking of appointments, the eye test and the choosing of frames. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will always find answers for you. I have been blind in one eye since 1985 and have annual check ups due to this, but they always check the blind eye to see there are no problems. Ten out of Ten for customer service. Would highly recommend. Thanks for your continued service.
