Went to this post office to get my passport and driving licence changed to my maiden name the lady that served me was really helpful not sure of her name dark hair glasses really helpful nothing was to much trouble for her was so satisfied I actually took her a bunch of flowers to say thankyou for all her help ?

Great little post office with a pharmacy attached to it. However the female manager / owner is so rude and has no customer service skills at all. She?s the only problem with this Post Office.

Had a card from a missed delivery from parcel force saying my parcel was at Wath. Called to ask if they have the missed deliveries there or if it's at the delivery office nearby. Was told to wait. Heard her serving customers for 5 minutes then she told me to call back. Was a simple question. Rude staff

Very slow very painful service. if you need to make a trip here I would suggest clearing your schedule for the day. Comparable to being on the road behind a Sunday driver, as the staff make idle gossip and try navigate through the mess around them which they seem oblivious to
