It always takes a while to be served here. When using the drive thru, you are always asked to wait and items can take up to 10 mins.

Ordered 2 meals from the drive thru, was told to park up, after waiting 30 mins no food came out I went in store and they said they'd lost our order! Yet I was just sat waiting in the car park! They offered me some popcorn chicken!! Not the first time this has happened.

Chicken was too dry.
Gravy was like jelly.
Grandkids couldn't go to the toilet as they came out saying that they were disgusting.
Chips wasn't to our liking.
We got a family bucket, the majority of it was left and chucked in the bin.
Will not be going back again.

Ordered and asked to park up when drive thru was empty brought out wrong drink so we returned it and again got the wrong drink after explaining the first time it was wrong, boxes all squished and squashed the food

This is a fried chicken outlet, the chicken was moist but without much flavour. Chips/fries were warm Good coffee.
